Ben Duggar Memorial Kata Training Event

In memory of Ben Duggar, the members of the Manchester Budo Club and Chūshin Aikido are holding a Kata workshop on April 1. The focus of the workshop will be competition-ready randori, with Ari Reinstein serving as lead instructor, assisted by Erik DiVietro.

ZNKR Jodo

While not in the Tomiki Aikido curriculum, the Manchester Budo Club has a long history of practicing ZNKR Jodo to supplement our weapons work.
